Houthis Kill Three in Strikes on Saudi Arabian Airports

Oct 7, 2026 (Bloomberg) –The Houthis struck two airports in Saudi Arabia in the past two days, killing three people and injuring dozens as the Iran-backed militant group intensifies its attacks on the kingdom from Yemen.
King Khalid International Airport in the capital, Riyadh, and Abha airport in the south-west came under fire on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation said in a statement. The Houthis claimed to have attacked both airports.
