Ambrey: Whole Black Sea now a contested operating environment

A Russian attack on a commercial cargo vessel in Ukraine’s southern Black Sea port of Odesa has killed the ship’s captain, Ukrainian authorities said, as attacks on merchant shipping continue to add pressure to the region’s already challenging maritime security environment.
