Lauritzen Bulkers CEO steps down due to stress
Martin Egvang, the chief executive officer of Copenhagen-headquartered shipowner and operator Lauritzen Bulkers, has decided to step down with immediate effect, due to stress-related symptoms.
“I have been experiencing increasing stress-related symptoms, which has reached an unsustainable level, and I have therefore concluded that the right thing for me is to step down as CEO of Lauritzen Bulkers.”
“This is not how I had imagined my time in this company would end, but it is the right thing to do under the circumstances. I want to thank everyone at Lauritzen Bulkers. You have been very welcoming, and I wish you the best of luck in the future,” said Martin Egvang.
