Bureau Veritas reports 10.1% revenue growth in Q3 2026

Bureau Veritas reported revenue of €1.57 billion in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 10.1% compared with the same period last year.

The testing, inspection and certification group recorded organic revenue growth of 6.2%. Acquisitions contributed to the increase, while currency movements also supported the quarterly results.

Growth was recorded across most of the company’s divisions and geographic markets.

Revenue growth across business divisions

Buildings & Infrastructure delivered the strongest organic growth at 7.9%, followed by Product Testing & Services at 7.0%.

Industrials & Commodities reported organic growth of 5.1%, while Business Assurance increased by 3.2%.

The results follow changes to Bureau Veritas’ reporting structure, which took effect on July 1, 2026. The company now operates through four main divisions under its updated business model.

Bureau Veritas also confirmed its full-year 2026 outlook. It expects mid-to-high single-digit organic revenue growth, improved adjusted operating margins at constant exchange rates and strong cash flow generation.

AI investment supports long-term strategy

Bureau Veritas continues to implement its LEAP | 28 strategy, which focuses on business growth, acquisitions and operational performance.

The company has set a target of generating €1 billion in revenue from AI-driven markets and services by 2030.

It has also upgraded its total revenue growth target at constant currency to a double-digit compound annual growth rate for 2027–2028.

“The third quarter of 2026 marks another quarter of solid execution, with organic revenue growth of 6.2% in a volatile geopolitical and macroeconomic environment,” said Hinda Gharbi, Chief Executive Officer of Bureau Veritas.

The company said its performance during the first nine months of 2026 supports its existing full-year financial guidance.
