KfW IPEX-Bank is providing €26 million to finance Carisbrooke Shipping’s fleet renewal, backed by Dutch export credit insurer Atradius. The funds will support two 7,700 tdw MPP freighters built at Thecla Bodewes shipyard in the Netherlands.
Carisbrooke operates a modern fleet of multipurpose cargo vessels. The new “Labrax” series features fuel-efficient diesel-electric propulsion and an innovative bow shape for sustainability. The
