Visy Oy, a provider of process automation IT solutions, including AI vision technology, has acquired Autepra UAB, a prominent IT systems integrator for container terminals and ports.
Following the acquisition, Autepra will operate as a subsidiary of Visy under VisionSense Technologies AB. The deal was finalized on 10 January 2025.

This strategic move enhances Visy’s growth within the container terminal market, leveraging Autepra’s extensive integration and project expertise to broaden Visy’s market reach and service offerings.

According to a statement, customers of both companies will benefit from an expanded portfolio of products and capabilities, while new clients can look forward to a more comprehensive range of technology and services provided by Visy.
